Not your typical classic german pils. It’s like a mix of a modern american pils and a czech pils. Cloudy, hoppy in both bitterness and aroma. Solid beer. Online craftbeier-shop

At first slightly unclear pale golden colour, when totally poured hazy yellow golden, tall frothy lasting white head, very good lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, some wort, yeast, lemon, grass, bit honey. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, bitter and lemony hops. Medium body, oily texture, smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation, lingering dry bittersweet aftertaste, well-made, stylish, good pilsner.

330ml bottle, kindly shared by Finn. Large white head slowly fading over a cloudy pale golden body. Spotty lacing. Inviting smell of herbal hops, hints of citrus. Hop-driven taste profile of ripe lemon and noble hops, grainy malts beneath. Quite lingering bittersweet tail. Likable. (Tromsø 01.04.2020).

Bottle. Hints of citrus and grass in the aroma. Citrus, grass and floral notes in the moderately hopbitter flavor. Buttery notes in the background. Czech in character, including the hint of diacetyl.
