Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal-earthy hops, pale malts, grassy. Taste is more herbal-earthy hops, dry, refreshing, with quite a bitter herbal finish. Silky mouthfeel, high but fine-bubbled carbonation.

Unclear, yellow colored, medium- soapy white head.Aroma is of pils malt, lemony and spicy hops, grassy. Taste is medium sweet pils malt, moderate lemony, grassy and bit spicy hops, light fruity-peachy notes, moderate bitterness, bit bready. Medium bodied, average carbonation. (bottle, Hol’AB! Hannover)

May ’15. A 0.66 l bottle from Getränke Walter store, Munich. It poured a clear pale yellow body with smaller head. Hoppy aroma, aromatic herbs, fruits, especially citrus. Flavor was only lightly bitter, herbal and earthy with bread and hay malt counterpart. Medium bodied with moderately long, both dry and malty finish. A fine pils, unusual and interesting combo with more aromatic hops.

Ein Bier, das sich speziell durch seinen bitterhopfigen Aromen auszeichnet. Das kann man einfach als zu bitter empfinden, oder sich an den ausgewogenen Hopfennoten erfreuen. Diese sind tatsächlich gut gelungen, aber auf Kosten der Süffigkeit. So finde ich den Aromenbaum wirklich toll gelungen, aber es ist so brutal bitter, dass man sie nicht so sehr genießen kann, wie man es gerne möchte.

0,66 l bottle.Unclear yellow golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Grassy on the nose with spicy hay. Starts with a lot of spicy hop herb, hay, grainy. Citrus hints. High carbonated. Really complex for a Pilsener!
