Sample at First Sunday. Pours a clear, bubbly pink, with a medium, white head. The aroma is maraschino cherries, honey, and cloves. Light body, crisp, clean mouthfeel, with lots of carbonation. This is a very approachable and delicious mead.

peach colored on the pour with no foam....light sweet aroma...a medium viscosity....just right with a touch of sweet....apple cider, honey, and bing cherry essence deep in the sniff....a lambic and a mead had a baby....this stuff!...I’ve been told its much better on tap...

Bottle. Poured a very pale, pink color, no head at all. Aroma is some pits and skins of cherries. Flavor was cherries. Notes of funk. Cherries. Nice. Very tasty.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].Clear medium yellow red pink colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate honey, cherry, apple - fruit notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, cherry, honey, fruity. IMO quit weird ... Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130810]

Taste is slightly fresh and sour-ish dry, apple cider, grass, honey, yeast, apple skin, minerals, hints of fresh cherries. Slightly dry mouthfeel. Fresh and easy drinking.
