Bottle. Gusher. Golden color. Worty glue-like aroma. Thin with notes of glue, but with a decent herbal bitter flavor. Certainly acceptable.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild rouches of wood. Sweetish flavour of yeast and malt, with woody bitterness and touches of hops. Estery aftertaste. Clean. Well, 20 years ago it might have been impressive, but these days there are countless better beers of this style on offer.

In der Fastenzeit nur noch alkoholfreies Bier - die Leber und auch der Kopf brauchen einmal im Jahr eine Bierpause. - “Störtebeker Frei-Bier“, Flasche (50 cl). - Satt goldgelb, blank, feinporiger Schaum. - Nase mild schwefelig-hopfig mit Anklängen an Gras und Kräuter. - Antrunk strohig-hellmalzig mit herber Zitrusfrucht, Grapefruitschale, aber irgendwie leer. Nicht zu knappe, derb krautige Hopfenherbe. Gut rezent, dünn im Mund. Trockener Abgang mit leerer Herbe. Schwefeliger Nachtrunk. - Noch knapp genießbar und für ein Alkoholfreies gar nicht so schlecht, zeigt aber doch deutlich, wie unentbehrlich der Alkohol auch für den Geschmack und den Körper des Bieres ist.

0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before June 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, slightly grassy and a bit dusty aroma of some grains and straw. Just slightly sweetish, moderately bitter, very dry and slightly grassy taste of straw and some grains, followed by a short, rather dry, slightly grassy and somewhat dusty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that pleasant, but way more balanced than many other NA beers.

Getreidiger, mild herber Antrunk. Dabei wässrig brotig, nicht aber nach Cornflakes wie viele Artgenossen. Weiter herb, süffig, wässrig bleibend. Die Herbe gefällt, rund, minimal würzig. 9/9/10/9/11/9
