*Rating overgezet 2018* Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een moutige gistachtige geur. De smaak is moutig, zacht en wat waterig.

Bottle. Almost clear gold with a lovely white head. Mild aroma of grains and lemons. Taste is just the same. No traces of yeast, wheat, clove, bubblegum nor bananas. Strong carbonation. Watery. Feels more like a very bad Kristallweizen made with no regards for the craft. I really did not feel like finishing this bottle. Glad I didn’t.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy unclear golden, foamy head. Light citrus, yeast and wheat, sourdough. Mild light dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry finish.

Huh? Where is the aroma? A hint of citric maybe. Thin and watery with just a hint of glue. Citrus. Worty. Not a very clean aftertaste. A diluted and castrated hefeweizen.

Smooth and nice fresh yeasty beginning. A bit watery with grainy hints, the yeast is fresh but not too deep. Grainy bitter in the aftertaste, quite watery. Easy to drink but could be much deeper or more intense.

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks kerenmk. As Erdinger Leicht, 2.8%. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, graininess, a bit of bread, a fruity note, and a spicy hint. Wheaty flavor, grainy, with bread, light fruitiness, and a spicy hint. Quite light-bodied.
