Bottle. Clear gold/amber/orange with a decent white head. The clarity caught me off guard...Aroma of bananas, melon and apricots with a tiny hint of vanilla. Taste is bananas, wheat, grains, melon, caramel, honey with some lemons. Aftertaste shows a little bit of alcoholic warmth but apart from that you can't tell the high abv. Low bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Very balanced. Nice and pretty easy drinking.

Purchased months ago from the brewery online shop, "exclusively only here" for a lot of money. Now it´s on pallets in supermarkts as a mixed 4-pack like junk goods. Thanks Mr. Nordmann! Murky golden in the glass with an unexpected big white head. Smells like a good Weizenbock. Taste starts with banana, yeast, wheat. Really a complex one. Present alcoholic but also smooth and quaffable. Beside the rip off highly recommended stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden - bordering amber - with a creamy and lacing white head. Enticing yeasty nose with an underlying clove like spiciness. Rich body, sweet fruitiness but never cloying, very soft on the palate, yeast yes, some discrete caramel and in the finish the alcohol shows. But drinks surprisingly easy for a beer of this strength. 050218

Bottle: Golden with an orangey sheen, hazy, medium-sized creamy off-white head; moderate to solid sweet nose of oranges, dried fruits, bisquits, yeast and herbal hops; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, almost full bodied, tart MF; lingering vinous and slightly alcoholic finish with wel, detectable herbal hops in the aftertaste.Pretty good! A well balanced and well drinkable Weizen Bock...
