Bottle at home. Hazy orange color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, yeasty citrussy a bit. Taste malts, again a bit citrussy. Average body, fizzy carbonation. The carbonation gets in the way of the flavor. Meh. 7-4-6-2-10

Bottle shared, gusher. Cloudy golden orange with a bubbly off white head. Aroma of Bretty infection upfront, barnyard, floral notes, a strange smokey aspect and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. Weird and nasty, drain pour.

Bottled (Bottled 11/2013, BBE is 3 years after that according to bottle). Well, first of all, gusher warning on this one. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is slightly grainy with some floral, grassy and herbal notes with some mild yeasty notes as well. Flavour is yeasty, kind of earthy, mild dusty and grassy notes to it. A bit Saisonlike dry notes, but that’s pretty much the only positive element in it.

Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist würzig malzig, hefig, trocken fruchtig. Geschmack ist trocken fruchtig, hefig, würzig, leicht unrund!

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. Very hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, some candied sugar. Taste is sweet and spicy yeasts. A bit phenolic an alcoholic. Low carbonation (but the bottle is a few hours old). Not the best Belgian Ale.

Deutlich belgischer, eher trockener Antrunk. Laff aromatisch, wenig herb. Geringe Malzigkeit, steigend bitter. Ok. 11/8/8/7/6/7

Pours murkey blonde / much yeast even though It was stored upright and poured correctly ( withoud yeast ) meaning it probably just doesnt settle down real well. Oh, whatever. Yeast is healthy ;) Small white head. Smell is yeasty ( what else ) and some grains. Taste is sharp, bitter, very yeasty, a bit óld’tasting ( dusty aint the word, and its not typical aged taste as well ) Some notes of fermented apples, in combination with yeast ( and its bitterness )

0.33l bottle from Etre. A cloudy yellow golden colored one with a nice big and lasting bright white top. The nose has a little bit of funky earth, pepper, dry paper and a hint of Belgian yeast. Not shocking or fantastic but fair. More earthy mineraley flavors. It has a light oily mouthfeel and a above average carbonation level. Yeasty flavors also with a almost carrot - herbal/spicy sweetness and some grassy/hay bitterness. Nothing to special really, but it doesn't taste bad in any way. Don't feel a urge need for a revisit though. 18.07.2013
