25/6/2022. Bottle from Craftbeer-Shop.com shared at the Gorzow GP beer share. Pours clear pale amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is distinctly sorachi ace, citrus, slightly woody, winey, herbal, biscuit, yeast, cheese. Moderate sweetness, medium spicy bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Liked this.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Alex who brought it from Berlin. Shared with Marko and Ogi. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, fruity, tart fruit, cardboard, something herbal, white grapes. Oxidation, but still a hoppy character present, bitterness, citrusy, spicy. Tart. Bland, soft carbonation, moderate finish.

Bottle, Übersee Hopfen, thanks Hrabren for sharing with Ogi and me! Hazy orange-amber, off white head. Overripe clementines, perfumey, some maltiness, not the best developed Sorachi. The taste goes along the sweet clementine route as well, some woody notes, with some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Okay, not more.

330 ml paper-wrapped bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 5.6%. Hops not listed on the label. Amber colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of fruity and piney hops. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is woody / piney / resinous and quite dry. I don't get the typical characteristics of Sorachi Ace here. Not a beer I'll buy again.

hazy orange colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of citruses, dill, lemongrass, herbal and lemon zesty notes; taste is dominated by intensive hoppy and quinine-like bitterness with citrusy and dill notes; a bit unbalanced, but otherwise ok
