Bottle picked up from Globus Getrankemarkt Plattling, had this Sunday 22nd October 2023 during Zoom chat with Scott and Mand', we had a Raymond Blanc Roasted Chicken meal today. Pours warm gold with a light hazy, mid sized creamy white head. There is a citrus twang, mostly in the form of lemon, light bitterness, easy drinking, and a good bittersweet balance. Decent.

Bottled. Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, mild toffeeish and some citrusy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, mild parfumed soapy tones with some citrus and quite grassy elements.

Bottle. Clear gold with a beautiful big white head. Aroma of cannabis and citrus fruits with some pine. Taste of grains, extra-fresh lemons, regular grapefruits, malts and grass. Tangy and fruity. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Nice mouthfeel. Very balanced, refreshing and easy drinking. Proper. My gosh, growing older I finally seem to get the appeal of mixing old world Lager styles with modern hops. There is hope.

Bottle, I forget from where, drunk after cutting my first dovetail pins while waiting for chisels to arrive from Amazon. Some sediment, light haze yellow amber with decent head. Smell is very rounded, some grain, lightly flowery and hints of citrus. The flavor is pretty good, nice full body with a hint of malt, the Citra really shines through and is lemony-barely dank-delicious. Nice hoppy Kellerbier! Re-rate March 2022: upgrade by 0.2.

Welde Citra Helles, Fläschchen aus dem Kalea Craft Beer Advent Calender 2021. - Quittengelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase sehr schöne, leicht trockene und doch süße zitrusfruchtige Herbe, Grapefruit, etwas Harz. - Antrunk rund und voll hellmalzig mit feiner Süße, getreidig mit ein wenig Vanille und schöner grasig-zitroniger Herbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig, hefeweich. Im Abgang leicht trocken und eher schwach hopfenherb. - Angenehmes Unfiltriertes mit leicht exotischer aber runder Kalthopfung, das etwas matt ausklingt.
