28/5/2022. Bottle from Craftbeer-Shop.com shared at the Prague GP beer share. Pours clear pale golden amber with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, gooseberry, malt, sea salt. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Quite liked it.

Bottle 33cl. bought at a Rewe supermarket, @home poured into a glass tankard. Sourish nose. Hazy pale amber colour, lots of tiny bubbles, tall moussy white head, diminishing slowly. Sweet and sourish aroma, gooseberry, unripe peach, bit salty, light barnyard notes, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and under medium sourish, slightly tart, sour apples, gooseberries, bit salty, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, light prickly mouthfeel, fruity sweet and sourish aftertaste, salty notes, refreshing, very nice.

Paper wrapped bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with an off-white head. Lactic, tart, fruity nose. Medium body, again quite soft, basically sweet with some noble rot and then a very subtle tartness. Almost Saison like. An interesting and quite different take on a Gose, but I kinda enjoy it. 250821

Bottle. Just slightly cloudy orange/gold with a lovely white head. Aroma of lemons, grapes, wheat, coriander and earthiness. Taste is all that plus oranges. A little bit sweet and tart countered by a gentle use of salt. Dry and tangy finish. Medium carbonation. Refreshing for sure. I think it’s quite ok but the wife may have mumbled something about rumination and regurgitation and subsequently refused to take another sip.
