Bottle@Lars - Golden pour with a puffy head. Light tart fruity with some notes of orchard fruit, some barnyard, yeasty linger, medium body, floral hoppy with a touch of spice into the close.

Bottle. Golden amber with a white head. Heavy aroma of honeyed hay, spices , lemon. A bit more than medium bodied. Sweet with some heavy and borderline harsh medicinal yeasty notes, lighter citrus and spices, moderate bitterness. Some interesting flavours but didn't quite hang together for me.

0.33 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before August 2021. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity-grassy, floral and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, hay and some clove. Gently sweet, a little sourish, rather fruity-grassy, floral, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit herbal taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes, hay, dill and some clove, followed by a short, slightly tart, gently dry, grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy finish with a herbal touch. Medium body, minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very pleasant Farmhouse Ale, maybe a tad too sweet for the style but apart from that a good one. I really dig the beers from Rügen recently, this one is pretty underrated as well in my opinion.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and fruit, with malty and hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery and fruity notes and touches of malt. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with notes of lavender and yeast. Not bad.

Bottle, 8.5%. Weak and mild citric aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is slightly sweet, nicely spicy, and has a good tropical fruitiness. Well-rounded tangerine and mild lemon. Some vanilla. Decent bitterness. Harmonious.
