Plenty of British Crystal malt in the grist lends this ale its rich color, its caramel maltiness, and adds the occasional whiff of toffee to the nose. An addition of American and German hops to the kettle at the end of the boil is used to suffuse our Pale Ale with a gently spicy hop finish.

355mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright wine and pale malts on the nose. Flavour has dry woody pine, good bitterness, pale malts. Pretty solid. --- Beer merged from original tick of Signature Pale Ale on 14 Aug 2024 at 01:19 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 2 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 2.5. Original review text: 473mL can. Pours clear yellow with moderate white head. Aroma has moldy, fermented wheat. Flavour has moldy cabbage. Tastes like macro shit, lacks the ambition to be egregious.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is fruity hops with pale malt, some pine, citrus, soft tropical fruits, grapefruit, touch of caramel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Modest in stature, but pleasant APA, gets the job done.

12 oz. can at the Vancouver airport lounge. Pours a semi-clear gold color with a white head and decent retention. Great lacing. Hoppy aroma. Floral hops bitterness dominates with no malt sweetness to balance. Tastes pretty much like every other pale ale. Medium body and medium carbonation. Medium bitterness too.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light grapefruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic. On tap at Plaza Premium Lounge YVR.

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral hops with mild nectar as well. Flavour is bready and biscuity with some earth, herbs, citrus, wood and nice citrus elements. Nice bitter kick in the finish.

473ml can. Pours a clear yellow-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Mild aroma of bready pale malt, orange peel and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit and light piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Crushable, but a little boring.
