Wenig röstiger, leider langweilig leerer Antrunk ohne große Aromen. Bitter und wenig hopfig zum Ende, Röstnoten sind nur minimal vorhanden. Geringfügig säuerlich. Langweilig. 12/8/8/7//8

Der Antrunk ist säuerlich-malzig. Sehr frisch, leichte Lakritz-Noten im Hauptteil. Malzig mit ganz leichter Herbe. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, frisch, fein-säuerlich. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine feinherbe, lakritzig-malzige Note zurück.

Draught @ Brauhaus Ludde, Blasiistraße 14, Quedlinburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany 06484.Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark roasted, light to moderate caramel and chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, dark roasted, dark malt roasted bitter, light caramel malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draught, 4.8% at the brewpub. Black colour, small stable light brown head. Good fruity flavour, quite roasted. Clean.
