Sampled from tap at ’In de Wildeman’. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of coriander, vanilla, some straw and a bit of honey. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy taste of coriander, vanilla, some straw and a bit of honey, followed by a short, just slightly bitter, moderately salty and a bit yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with airy off-white head. Clear arom of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes and touches of grain. Sweetish, malty and estery onset, replaced by bitter, hoppy and dusty notes and hints of bread. Rough and estery aftertaste. Well-balanced. A nice Gose from a nice place.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle! Smooth and herbyl beginning. A bit more intense herbal-bitter than the dark Gose. In the mainpart lots of herbal bitterness with a nice salty hint, growing a bit more intense till the end. The aftertaste is bitter-herbal, hints of salt, very dry. Nice and interesting brew!

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! So, my first official Gose in the glass in front of me. Pale yellow, light unclear, big foamy head, lively carbonation. Sourish grain on the nose. Starts with dull grain and malt, light dry sourish, yeast. Later a little bit dry with sourish hints. Nearby a belgian wit in my opinion. Not bad.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
