Exotic fruits from the Orangerie at Schönbrunn Palace inspired us to go full lemon with this seasonal.
The aromatic zest and albedo of Kaffir Lime, Bergamot, Meyer Lemon and Buddha’s Hand Citron, to name a few, were fermented with fresh pressed wild orchard apple juice.
We topped off this brew with Hopsteiner’s experimental Lemon Drop hops for additional notes of melon, mint and green tea.
