Golden colour, white head. Soft bread and lemon aroma, light spices. Mellow lemon flavour, lacto, malts. Slightly thin, with the hint of salt giving it subtly a bit more body. Aged well.
(Old bottle from cellar, approx 5 yo)

Bottle. Unclear gold with a head that disappears very quickly. Funky lacto aroma with loads of coriander, wet cardboard. Slippery. Only a little sour with that and the salt and coriander providing a refreshing finish. Very gluggable.

Flasche beim Brauer bestellt. Klares Bernstein, kein Schaum. Wenig Kohlensäure erkennbar. Aroma: Frucht, Orange, Mandarine, saure Note, ein bisschen Milchsäure. Geschmack: Sauer, Apfel Most, etwas muffig im Gaumen, Fruchtig, Orange, Multivitaminsaft, leicht spritzig im Antrunk.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy orange with a stable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of melon, starfruit, unripe mandarin, gooseberry, wheat, lime, vague cucumber & cream. Taste has sour gooseberry, lime & cucumber juice, bit lactic, wheaty with a bready backbone. Tart, bready finish, sour fruit, touch of salt. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Archetypal Gose, nice.

Hapu, aedviljane, vürtsikas, soolane. Ei ole fänn, aga on palju hullemaid. Läheb paremaks kui tiksutada.

Hazy golden. Aroma is distinct coriander and lacto with a little toast and apricot. Taste is sour lacto with light salt. Very light on the tongue with a more intense finish of coriander. Drinkable but a little flat on the tongue. Not as good as expected.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy orange, big foamy head. Lactic acid, lime, yeast and wheat, coriander, salt. Mild dry acidic sourness, a bit salty. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry acidic finish. Great.

Bottle at Dogtap Berlin Sept 2019 during Brewdog's 1st European AGM. Pours lightly hazed orange golden with a white head. Aroma: light sour, wheat, coriander, salt. Taste: light to moderate sweet & tart, wheat, citrus, coriander, herbal. Medium body, average carb, dry salty finish. Best gose I've tried, a classic of the style from the source
