Handbottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of butter and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of butter and some malt, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle, handbottled, courtesy of kappeldav123. Pours hazy deep orange with a small white head. Aroma is solid butterish and light estery. Fruity, dry wheaty and estery flavoured. Overempowering butterish note. Light dry and crisp hoppy bitterness coming through. Ends dry and phenolic to estery.

Draught @ Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei Bayerischer Bahnhof, Bayrischer Platz 1, 04103 Leipzig, Sachsen, Germany.Unclear hazy medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, banana notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate orange shell bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to ’medium to full’, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090702]

On tap at the brewery - new rating. Deep golden-orange in the glass, nice creamy head. Wonderful mild-yeasty aroma. Starts mild but not washy, more and more yeasty-fruity with notes of sweet peaches. Finish is less yeasty, but well balanced. Quite drinkable hefeweizen! Good one!

Etwas wässriger Antrunk, erst sekundär malzig, frisch. Die Malzigkeit verharrt auf niedrigem Niveau, dabei ist das Bier zusätzlich leicht sauer und wirkt unauffällig. Zum Ende würziger und etwas kräftiger. Test vom 7.10.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,8,8,9,-,8 - 8,57
