Handbottled. A hazy pale golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, minerals, and a bit of malt, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Handbottle 50 cl. Courtesy of kappeldav123. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a nize white head. Sweet malty nose with some flowery hops. Medium body, very sweet grainy malts with extremely fresh flowery hops - almost perfumy. Some bitterness. Nice one. 301109

Draught @ Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei Bayerischer Bahnhof, Bayrischer Platz 1, 04103 Leipzig, Sachsen, Germany.Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. On tap at the brewery - new rating. Beer in the glass light yellow, very zippy, nice creamy head. Fine hoppy aroma with notes of lemon. Starts mild, fine malty, modest wheaty-grasy, some hints of butter cookies. Still with a fine fruity note of lemon. Hoppy notes are not too intense. Finish more dry, mild-malty aftertaste. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Nice!

Largish creamy white head; slightly hazy pale yellow body with carbonation. Faintly acidic aroma. Acidic, bitterish caramelly malt aroma with lovely, crisp, flowery hop background. Dryish aftertaste. Very nice! (0.3l on tap.)

Sampled draught at Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei Bayerischer Bahnhof, Leipzig.
Pale yellow and lightly hazy. Very dry and firmly malty. Crisp, but less so then the example from the rivalling Leipzig brewpub at Thomaskirche. Grassy very bitter finish.
