Draft @ Bräugier pub, Berlin partagée avec Tomaz et Tatiana.
Dorée sur un léger pâle, col blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est frais houblonné noble, effet un peu grains fermenté - pomme vert ici aussi, pils, levure en retrait. Assez classique mais perception immédiate que cela n'est pas de la grosse pils industrielle.
Palais garde une belle approche de grains concassés - pils, donnant un côté concassé voire maïs. Amertume en retrait avec un effet un peu pomme verte. Correcte au départ, plus impressionné au nez.

Draught @ Bräugier, Berlin. Pours nearly clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast and malt. Hoppy and estery aftertaste. Clean and decent for the style.

Draught, 5.0% at the brewpub. Dusty and chalky aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Stable white head. The flavour of chalky and quite bitter. Clean bitterness with a good chalky and papery finish.

On-tap at their place in Berlin on Sunday 10th October 2021. Clean and clear golden body, white crown. Crisp and grassy, refreshing and thirst quenching. A decent Pils all round.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, white head. Aroma is grassy, toasted. Mild sweet, grassy. Crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity. Grassy and dry hoppy finish.
