Für die Herstellung von Vitamalz verwenden wir nur hervorragende Zutaten auf natürlicher Basis. Das fängt schon bei unserem erstklassigen Wasser an. Zusammen mit dunklem und hellem Gerstenmalz, würzigem Hopfen und natürlich-süßem Glucose-Fructose-Sirup entsteht daraus dann der typische Vitamalz Geschmack. Ein Schuss Kohlensäure sorgt für das richtige Prickeln - und fertig ist unser Vitamalz!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear brown with a reddish/orange hue and a dense, creamy and lacing, beige head. Sweet aroma of malt bonbons and caramel. Surprisingly rich and filling body with more of the above notes. The sweetness is far from cloying. Pleasant alright. 110426

Bottle from Globus getränkemarkt, Losheim. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, dark bread and dark sugar. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 140725

A clear reddish brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of sweet caramelized malt, molasses, sugar. Taste of sweet caramelized malt, syrupy, molasses, sugary.

0.5 l bottle from local 'EDEKA', best before April 2025. Slightly hazy, dark ruby with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little fruity aroma of caramel, molasses, brown sugar and hints of raisins. Fairly sweet, malty, minimally bitter and a little fruity taste of caramel, molasses, brown sugar and light raisins, followed by a short, minimally bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Malzbier!

Brown sugar, malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with large tan head. Very sweet molasses, wort, and light bitter hay flavor. Good body.

Brotiger, mild süßer Beginn, nicht übertrieben. Minimale Herbe im Hintergrund, hohe Süffigkeit, spritzig. Die Süße nimmt leicht ab, mittellang herb brotiger Abgang. Nicht zu Unrecht der Malz Klassiker. 9/10/11/9/6/10
