pours a clear reddish golden. aroma of sparkling wine. flavour of sweetish apples, apple peel, wine, sugar. not very interesting.

Heineken macht Cider, schaumer mal. Das Rücketikett verspricht in Fettdruck Kaliummetabisulfit, da schenk ich doch glatt nochmal nach. Optisch dunkles Gold, hier hilft auch das Rücketikett: Cochenillerot - Prost. Die Nase sagt Wein, der Gaumen sagt Weinschorle, zuckersüß im Abgang, irgendwie Apfel ist auch dabei. Ja, Heineken macht also Cider...

568ml bottle. Clear golden colour, minimal head. Ripe apples, light-medium sweet, slightly sugary. Light body, lively carbonation.

DØE. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and sugary. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 290515

Bottle at Hethrow, 6/3/15. Clear pour. Golden in color. Light apple aroma. Mid-sweet apple cider flavor. Moderate carbonation, leans toward lively. Pretty solid cider, not overly sweet, but it leans that way.

Pint bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Bit of lacing sticks to the glass. Aroma of apples and apple peel. Taste is similar.

568ml bottle from Tesco. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aromas of apples, sugar. Taste is sweet, more white sugar. Light acidic note. Not very good.

568ml bottle from my local Co-Op. A basic commerical cider; straw coloured with a rapidly fading white head; appley aroma; crisp apple taste; and a dry finish. Does exactly what it needs to do - nothing more.
