Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden with small diminishing white head. Aroma is apples, juice and apple peal. Flavour is apples, sweet, little sugar and juice.

568ml bottle. Pours dark gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is musty apples with a little rotting meat. Taste is musty apples throughout, a few off notes in the sweet finish. Ok.

Bottle. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of sour apples. Taste, sour apples, yeast, citric notes. Sweet finish. Not so bad.

Bottle: Golden, lively carbonation, mid-sized white layer, sweetish apple-fuicy aroma with a vinous touch; sweetish flavour with a very delicate acidity, light bodied and a bit fizzy; short and delicate sweet-sourish finish. Not totally unpleasant, but way too sweet and way to flat....

50 cl can. Pale golden colour with a white head with a medium duration. Aroma has red apples notes. Flavour is sweet with a dry final.

Bottle @ the Gordon Arms Hotel, Fochabers. Pours golden amber with gentle fizz and no head. The nose and taste each have sweet apples.The palate is medium bodied and textured with a sweet but still slightly refreshing finish. Overall, not the worst of the mass distributed ciders.

29/VI/2012 - 50cl bottle @ Patrick Foleys (Gent) - BB: 30/IV/13 (2012-668) Thanks to Kathelyne for sharing the bottle!

Clear golden cider, small white head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: white dry wine, bit woody, tannins. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sweet start, very fruity, sweet apples, glucose, touch of apple skin, little sour. Aftertaste: bit sweet, apple sauce, somewhat metallic.
