Bottle. Red color with pink foam that quickly disappears. Sweet malty, spicy, cinnamon, cherry, apple. Artificial. Slightly reminiscent to beer.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium to dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, gluh wine, christmas spices, brunkager. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, cherry - glue wine, christmas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

(bottle, sampled chilled) Clear, reddish coloured hue with a pink to red foamy head of medium size. Moderately sweet and sour-fruity aroma with notes of elderberries, cherries and a distinctive touch of Christmas spices and ginger bread. Sweet flavour with a light tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately fruity and slightly malty taste with present notes of Christmas spices; sweet and slightly sour-tart finish with notes of cherries and spices. Better than expected, but definitely not a must. 24.I.12

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours blood red with bubbles on top. Sweet nutty and almondy nose. Marzipan and sweet sugar. Cookies and spices. Sickening sweet.

Bottled 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & heavy (thanks!) Served cold. Shiny cherry coloured, small to medium sized pink head, berries in the nose. Pretty nice cherry and spicy taste with dryish fruity finish. Ok but a bit industrial.

Bottle, 5.0%. Served cold. Mild berry aroma. Clear dark red colour. Small frothy pinkish head. The flavour is very sweet, slightly spicy. Does taste a bit like Glühwein. Tastes less sweet when warm, but I preferred it cold.
