0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 03. April 2019. New label. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, some volatile acids, citric, earthy. nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes lactic, rather clean, sharp, subtle funk, peppery, green apples, tobacco.. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of green apples, lactic and apple vinegar. rather acidic, not the biggest fan of this. overall good.

Bottle. Has a bit of a cloudy swirl in the bottle and some gunk on the glass near the cork. Yeast poopies? Poors golden with no head. Mild sour grainy lambic with quite firm peachy fruitiness and some distant old hop aroma. Mild sour and only light carbonation. Very lovely. Was a bit curious about this little bottle with the weird swirl in it (none of the others I got had it), but it turns out to be great.

75cl bottle (bottled 21 OCTOBER 2019, 5,5%) from the brewery.
F: no real.
C: deep gold, light hazy.
A: funky, bit fresh gooseberries, woody, citrus, bit lemon water.
T: medium malty base, woody, funky, bit gooseberries, bit lemon, basement, bit puckering, dry on the palate, not so acid so very nice, fully enjoyed yet there is almost no carbonation and I don’t know why is it too fresh or only this batch or bottle?

Klassika! Tükk aega on lambicu isu olnud... See pudel on üllatavalt mõru/humalane ja pigem selline vanem lambic domineerib. Hea nagu ikka, aga ehk mitte parim pudel.
