Aus dem Fass im 2019-08 getrunken. Dieses trübe, orange-rote Ale kommt mit einem wunderbaren Himbeer-Thymian Aroma daher. Doch leider sind mir der Hopfeneinfluss/-bitterkeit am Gaumen viel zu stark. Dennoch wurde hier eine gewagte Aromakombination sehr gut ins Glas gebracht. Hier von würde ich mir mal im Stil eines belgisches Saison wünschen. Wie auch immer weiter so JUST HOPS!
