Bottle. Pours deep, hazy golden with thick white head. Opens with nice hoppy bitter aromas, the usual weizen notes only slightly detectable in aroma. Its taste is a bit strange and messy, feels like the brewers could not decide wheter they were making an IPA or a weizen. With time its pleasant aroma also disappears, leaving only this messy taste and light, way too watery mouthfeel. A pity, it could’ve turned out way better.

Bottle@O'Malleys, Vaasa. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some herbal and mild bready tones. Flavour is floral, citrusy, some bready, grainy and mild herbal tones with mild yeasty tones. Easy going, and actually very refreshing Weisse, which doesn't feel that watery, even though the abv is rather on the low side of things.

Year old $2 bottle from house of 1000 in warrendale. So, this must be erd's attempt at a hopped brew? Fairly clear pale with a white head, almost overflows my mug. Taste is somewhat pilz I'd say, not much hefe in this stuff. I'd say its more like an attempt at a wheat ale, thank you. YEa, too bitter for a hefe, nothing really in common with a hefe. A little misleading, WTF? I guess I should have looked closer at the label, it has a big green hop on it. Oh well. At least t has decent carbonation. I bet this could pass as a session IPA, no lie.

Almost perfectly clera golden coloured body with some hints of orange, but all with a large, pure white head on top, roughly four to five centimetres tall. Aroma of grass, hay, light grain, a dash of lemons and curacao and a touch of biscuity malt towards the end without much pure wheat notes at all! Light to Medium-bodied; Dry herbal and grassy bite at first that shows (of all things) some perfumey hops without many alpha acids, but still showing a lot of character and a deep herbal note and some light sweetness at the end, but the wheat and structured malts come right behind and are relatively simplistic. Aftertaste shows more of a malty and biscuity component that make some of the more pungent notes come out even more, such as metal, light grain, a dash of stone fruits and a hint of bready notes at the end, from some unfinished yeast (but doesn't taste like a 'true' German yeast at all. Overall, a decent beer, and perhaps nice in the fact that it doesn't taste like a traditional Weizern, will earn some plaudits based on that alon! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from LIqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 21-November-2018 for US$1,49 sampled at home in Washington on 12-September-2019.

0.33 l bottle at Beli Konj Pub (White Horse Pub), Slovenske Konjice, Slovenia. Murky pale golden to yellow, small white head. Aromas are nicely balanced: light herbal, grassy and citrusy hops combine finely with grainy, hay and bready malty nose. Yeasty character somewhat subdued. Flavours are citrusy and grassy, with a light but firm grainy character. Refreshing, light to medium body, moderate carbonation, light soft finish. Nicely done, although it lacks some style characteristics.

Can, at Duggfrisk. An unclear pale orange colored with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with some pale malts and bready hints in the back. Bubblegum, clove notes, citrus and pine cone notes. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, neither dry nor sweet, with a light bitter touch. Bread, pale malts and fruityness in the flavor, with a good dash of bubblegum and some cloves. Decent finish. A subtle but refreshing weissbier. 170818
