Schwarzbier literally means "black beer" in German, ours provides a surprisingly light body with mild notes of chocolate, coffee and slight fruit on the finish from our unique use of a Kolsch yeast as a variation from the norm. An easy drinking dark beer for all seasons.

Pours black, small, rather white head. Smell is roasty, almost a coffee like aroma. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, rather dry, coffee. OK
