Bottiglia 8.0% ABV. Il gusto al naso trova sentori di pane nero, orzo tostato e cenere di sigaretta. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa ed è di colore marrone scuro. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di colore scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si depositano sensazioni di crosta di pane, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia e vaniglia.

Aroma of roasted malts, lots of coffee, dark chocolate, some liquorice. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Tasty and well-rounded coffee stout.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet met duidelijke koffie invloed en een licht rooksmaak. Heel fijn bier.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. malt, roast, cream and a hint of coffee in the aroma. malty sweet roasty flavor with coffee. Just hints of salt and licorice. Slightly alcoholic. Not bad at all.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf Webshop. F: big, creamy, tanned, long lasting. C: black, opaque. A: dark malts, bit herbal, coffee, chocolate, bit cocoa, coffee, raisins, bit rum. T: dark and roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, bit spicy, raisins, caramel, dry on the palate, medium to full body, soft carbonation, very nice coffee stout just good balanced for me, enjoyable for sure.

Keg at head of steam, Hull. dark almost black colour with a tan head. Aroma roasted coffee, taste is roasted bitter, full smooth body

Thuis uit een flesje. Bijna zwart, helaas nauwelijks schuim. Licht koffie aroma en smaak. Dit flesje vermeldt 8%. Zwaar, komt ook wel binnen.

Black with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour are very intense with burnt malts and coffee. Also bitter from a strong hop presence in the background.
