500ml bottle from a Mercato, Serralunga d'Alba, Piedmont, Italy. Cracked at home after driving 12 hours back from Italy. Pours a clear pale gold. Peculiar taste and no mistake.. strange syrupy cheap knock-off lambrini wine spritz profile.. indistinct alcohol spirit notes.. very dry finish.. Tastes nothing like cider at all, slightly poisonous air.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso mela e sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La carbonazione persistente è costituita da poche bollicine. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è snello. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è leggero. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di zuccherino, caramello, mela dolce, pera e sour.

50cl bottle. Pours crisp brilliant canary gold, with no foam. Aroma is apples and maybe peach too. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is pretty sweet, with just a hint of funkiness. Final is fairly short and clean.

On tap at Sheridan's Irish Pub. Clear pale golden, lots of bubbles going up. No head. Sugary apple or pear aroma. Ripe apple. Slightly sweet. Bit sugary. Soft to moderate carbonation. Light dry ripe apple finish.
