BIAB: Poured a hazy yellow with a bubble head. Aroma is mushy apples, ginger, tannins. Taste is fruity, ginger, apple, raspberry.

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours almost colourless with no head. Aroma of light ginger. Heavy sweetness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish, minimal fire.

Box @ Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy pale yellow. Aroma is sweet, fruity. Taste brings clean, light mellow ginger and assorted sweet shop fruits. No detectable alcohol. A pleasant refreshing easy-drinker for the wife.
