You might be able to carelessly tuck yourself in and sleep soundly after a long stressful day. But right outside your window the city continues to suffer on its own.
Car alarms, music, laughter, sirens, stray dogs, broken glass, drunkards singing, bums fighting it out in the alleys and maybe some people even start redecorating their homes at these late hours.
As much as Lady Night tries to dampen all this ruckus with its pitch black shroud, there will always be spikes and flashes here and there.
But only a few lucky restless souls get to catch a glimpse of the real deal. Way high on top of the old buildings. It all changes into a truly beautiful scene: a glimmering contrast of darkness and bright, shiny colours.
Get a break from the mundane, stay up late, find a spot, sip some of this beer and admire the Night Lights.

Can from Hop Hooligans webshop. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and moderate hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 200220

500ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of piney hops, dark fruits, roasted malts. Taste is piney, grapefruit, dark malts and fruits, roast, a bit of dark chocolate, bitter finish. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Very nice BIPA.

Thanks mcberko for sharing! Black color, good creamy foam. Aroma: fruity, rotten apples, slightly citrus, malt, a little spicy. Taste: a little sweet and tart, apple and fruit, a little tart and strange.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / black with a large beige head. Nose brings out medium toasted malt, metallic notes, and earthy hops. Flavour is less metallic, with a decent balance of roasted malt and piney hops. A bit yeasty, but it's quite well-constructed. Not the deepest black IPA but it's alright.

Bottled 500ml. -Brown coloured, medium to big pale beige head, mild chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, herbal hops and touch of fruits with mild roasty finish. Bit thin but pleasant brew.

At a tasting, thanks, small stable bubbly creamy head, beautiful deep brown color, aroma of coffee and fruity hops, flavor of dark bitter chocolate with herbal bitterness and some dark bread in the back. Nice and drinkable but not too exciting.
