Rating number 8,000! Wanted this to be a special brew, so I picked the number one rated Sour / Wild - Flavored beer on RateBeer. 500 ml bottle from Tavour. Blend 13 from July 2023. Pours a clear, deep ruby red color. Creamy pink head settles to a small cap. Aroma is raspberries on steroids. Some mild funkiness. Big sour fruit flavor is initially a shock to the taste buds. After the raspberry flavor explosion, flavor becomes more manageable. Some farmhouse funk, tangy malt and sticky fruit. Dryish finish. Wonderfully intense! On to 9,000….

500mL bottle. Pours murky mahagony with minimal white head. Aroma has fermented raspberry (not jammy), musty wood. Flavour has a ton of intense raspberry, punchy wild yeast, barnyard funk. The amount of raspberry flavour they've packed into this without comprimising the intense wild yeast is insane. This is phenomenal.

Reddish purple colour. No head. Great aroma, just big raspberry, bright. I mean you can smell that for days, it's so bright and intense. There's a fair bit of tartness, and then bright, juicy raspberry comes through. The wildness is decent, and helps to carry the raspberry, which is some of the most intense raspberry I've ever experienced in a beer.

bottle from kihoskh very very nice raspberries slightly sour aroma, very natural, good funk, leather and spices in there, but moderated. no alc. bitterness. very velvety and rounded. Flavor is very tart sour with a great fruity raspberries balance, aftertaste is seriously tart and sour, however, the fruits create balance all the way. pretty darn good, but not 4.21 as ratebeer shows right now. the flavor is complex, could be a good sipper. at times i think it tastes like a sweetened sour - but i think this one is not sweetened by sugar, but by all the fresh red fruits they used.
