We've reincarnated a Belgian standard. Brewed with aromatic Noble hops, we finish our Saison with Pacific Northwest Cascade hops for nuanced notes of flower and spice, and ferment it hot for a fruity ester profile.

Dark orange pour, huge white head. Strong tropical fruit aroma, lots of yeast, light metals, and slight citrus and spice. The bitterness is kept in check, there are hints of some funk in here also. More spice, and some green, citrusy hops. This reminds me alot of a belgian strong more than a saison, but still quite good.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Aroma of pale malt, Belgian yeast, lemon, white pepper and floral hops. Sweet flavour of crackery pale malt, Belgian yeast, orange peel, lemon, coriander, white pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty decent.

On tap at the brewery with Brian. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is typical for saison - flowery, crispy, slightly earthy. Same taste. Pleasant.
