Brewed to a classic recipe using 100% Belgian Pilsner malt, German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops and a traditional Belgian yeast strain. This pale golden beer is bitter on the palate with a noble lemony hop character which carries through to a long finish.

Keg at the HL1, 23/06/17. Light haze on a golden orange pour topped with a decent off white head. Nose is candied fruit peel, citric tinged straw, soft breads, light spice, tangerine. Taste comprises bready malts, tangerine, citric peel, straw, light herb, yeast flicker, grains, peach, bubblegum. Medium bodied, fine to spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop ride. Decent enough Belgo offering.
