Bag in a box from the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Light yellow, cloudy. A bit of loose white head. Vinegar, Apple, lemon balm and TCP in the aroma. Not getting a lot of elderflower. Taste is surprisingly sweet, but feels artificial, and there's an almost plastic note to the fruit flavour, like wax candy. This just didn't do it for me at all.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2017. A murky dull beige coloured pour. End of the cask so it is extremely murky with lots of sediment. Aroma Is woody apple, meaty, delicate elderflower citrus,. Flavour is composed of medium sweet apple, floral notes, elderflower, bitty yeast, sweet apple. Palate is bitty,, lowish carbonation, tangy finish. Little sicky note.
