Subtlety. That's what makes Avalanche amber ale such a treat. We blend pale and caramel malts – and just a kiss of bittering hops – to create a refreshing-but-flavorful, any-time beer. Aromas of pale grains, a semi-sweet middle and a clean-as-Colorado-snow finish make this our best-selling beer.

Draught @ Broadway Dive Bar. Clear reddish brown with a foamy dirty beige head, faint caramel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste with faint coffee flavor, thin body, long finish. Decent not great.

Stopped in a hot dog joint after a hike and might as well grab the tick. Clear amber pour. Nose is sweet malt and caramel. Tastes very similar. Thinner bodied. Semi sweet.

355ml can. (5.0% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy copper with a medium, frothy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted caramel malt. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel and light nuts with a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and soft carbonation. A malt forward Amber that could use some more hops. Ok, for a boring style.
