Sweetish-malty, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, pineapple, quince, some vanilla and light clove. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral, rather yeasty-spicy and a little grassy taste of grains, banana, honey, pineapple, quince and some clove, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, rather dry finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very pleasant Tripel, rather fruit-forward and dry.

T: medium to full malty base, banana, citrus, spicy, green apples, bit honey, decent bitterness, smooth mouthfeel, medium to high carbonation, quite delicious for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig en bitterzoet met iets van koriander, wat banaan en wat kruiden. Gewoon een goed bier maar mist net iets om heel erg goed te zijn.
