Keg at Six degrees north, Aberdeen. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, heather fields, fresh honey, tart gooseberry, peach and apricot. The taste is crisp, dry, fragrant, floral, wood, heather, soft honey, straw, cracker, minerals, white pepper and light tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Subtle, yet complex. Tasty stuff.

Slightly hazy gold, white head. Light smell, floral and honey. Taste is the same with a touch of hop. It’s really mellow and almost a touch watery and yet.... I love it. Really fresh and easygoing and the sweetness is perfectly balanced.
