Draught. A very cloudy pale off yellow. Mild head. Some citrus. And earthy and hefe style esthers. Ok.

Bottle at home. Aroma of grainy malt, straw, light yeast, hint of fruits, grass. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. A fine pleasant simple Zwickl.

Bottle at Schlosswirtschaft Moos, which is v.close to and appears to act as the Taphouse for Arcobräu brewery. We're here Friday 5th January 2024 and started with a Hefe Weiße and Loz is having another whilst I an having this. Pours clear gold, looks almost Pils like and in a similar style glass. Nice malty edge, good carbonation and a pleasant light fruity then dryness on the tongue. Very nice.

33 cl bottle at Blue Danube Restaurant in Trenton. Honey gold pour. Large pillowy white head. Grainy malt aroma. Flavor is sweet grain and grassy hops. Medium bodied and nicely balanced.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma with grass and a bit of sulphur. Dry malty flavour with grassy and herbal hops.
