(Draught at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 28 Aug 2015) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grass, hay and spicy hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass, hay, a touch of citrus and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle, undated, if I remember correctly, drunk Winter 2011.
This one was pretty confusing, as the head and carbonation, while not the fizziest thing I’ve ever seen, still struck me as the filtered/force carbed type. The beer was certainly clear and there was no sediment on the bottom. Hmmmm.....
Light grains in the nose show honey, bits of caramel and a hint of corn and metal. Very light hop profile has some minimally spicy, dusty notes. No alcohol, and despite the corn/metal, it just seems more a typical filtering/staleness issue than any real massive brewing flaws.
The beer was drinkable, in the mouth, with lively carbonation, a stronger-than-average maltiness (honey and creamed wheat) and very low bitterness, though still a touch on the finish. A couple of notes of grain alcohol/glue on the finish, some light metallic notes and obvious oxidation, though the person providing had just brought this back from Germany. Nothing like a filtered zwickl, I always say!

Dorada clara, algo turbia. Espuma media. Muy bebible y agradable. Aroma moderado. Igual que el sabor que no destaca especialmente por nada. Refrescante, suave y ligera.
