Flaska bb 2014. Röd med mycket jästfällning. Doftar sött av röda bär. Söt, fyllig, mjuk, karamell, röda bär. Lätt rök men känner inga fat.

Sample at the brewery, brownish copper clear. Sweet caramel aroma, slightly creamy. Dark fruit and cherry malt flavor. Boozy sweet finish.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours darkly copper with a transient beige head. Aroma is a tad smoky, with some phenolics and a lilttle wood. All rather mild, but the sum is substantial. Med + body. Flavor is smoky, has some darkish fruit, some wood, and again I think a bit of phenolics. And there’s malt all underneath. Interesting.

Bottle at SBWF. Deep red colour, small beige head. Aroma has caramel and bread. Medium-bodied. Toffee, fruits, fudge in the flavour. Vanilla and bourbon are there but cant trace smoke. Feels a bit old.

Bomber, Market Street Wine Shop Uptown, $11.99 Release #33, 9.6 abv. Pours cloudy brown with no head. Well, not surprisingly, the aroma is smoked peat as well as oak. Also some overripe fruit. Taste is lightly sour fruit: banana, plum, lightly smoked peat, light oak, earth, alcohol.

Tap at Craft Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is sweet toffee caramel malt, alcohol. The flavour is strong sweet with a rich smooth oily, sweet malt, rich fruit, liqourice alcohol, light pepper spice palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Big rich and gorgeous. Just a little too sweet for me though.

a very rich brew. has a mild aroma. But the flavor more than makes up for it. Great marriage between Belgian and smoke.

Refrigerated brown bomber release 29 poured. Hazy medium brown with small beige head. Aroma is nice, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is oak and some smoke.
