Bottle (5.3% ABV) from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of crushed paracetamol and orange pith. Flavour of dried grass, white bread and underripe peach. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A nourishing, pithy pale ale is superb condition.

330ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Light gold and clear with a spotty white head. Getting some gooseberry & white grape notes, a little apricot. After the brief initial sweetness, there’s an honest bitterness to the taste, almost medicinal but certainly enjoyable. Getting some lemon rind and white grapefruit near the finish. Slight body, soft to medium carbonation. An APA for grown-ups.

Tap at the brewery. Very cloudy yellow colour with big white head. Aroma is lots of citrus, lemon, grainy and a touch creamy. Bit of pine too. Taste is fruity and bitter, lots of lemon again and a vague tropical fruit feel. Bitterness is subtle though. Very smooth and easy to drink. Was surprised how it looked, but it tasted pretty damn good.
