Cherry Gose - A contemporary gose, kettle soured and made with bundles of brewers love, whilst they had a killer red wine hangover. Released just in time for Valentines Day 2017 for all our sour crowds who may or may not have struggled to find love this year.

Keg at BD Soho, 03/03/17. Pink with a crimson cap. Nose is cherry stones, straw, light acidic nip, lemon drizzle, damp hay, balsa wood. Taste comprises pink berry sherbets, cherry skins, damp cloth, straw, lemon bite, cough drop, light salt. Medium body, fine to spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a sour puckering edge. Good refresher.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear full pink-red with a slim, creamy topping. Lemony aroma with mild lactic notes and dried cherries, cherry peel, berries. Light sweet flavour with refreshing acidity, some bitter berry seeds, juicy tart cherry, lemon juice. Light bodied with average carboantion. Clean, quenching and dry on the finish, with further lemony acidity, tart cherries, mild lactic notes, hints of salt. Great stuff overall. Very drinkable, very refreshing.
