Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops. Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three specialty malts give the beer a nice smooth sailing biscuit like aroma and body, some sweetness, well balanced against 5.8% alcohol by volume.

Had at the Yard House, at the Red Rock Casino in Vegas under the name Epic Rino Pale ale and with nitro. Pours a hazy golden-amber with a creamy beige head, good retention and lacing. Fruity malt aromas with nutty notes and some decent grassy hops. The hops do take a little over in the taste, over the fruity and mild nutty malts. An overall nice refreshing, fruity and hoppy APA.

Sample at the tap room in Denver (as RiNo Pale Ale). The beer pours a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Courtesy of Josh, as Epic RiNo Pale Ale
Beautiful copper color, hazy, with medium head. Nice grainy malt aroma. Dry and smooth mouthfeel; simple profile, just a bit of caramel; ordinary bitterness, with light vegetables and a metallic feeling.

Bottle 65 cl. Comes as "RiNo Pale Ale". Pours amber with a slight haze and a lacing, off-white head. Very biscuity malt aroma with hardly any hops coming through. Medium body, biscuity crystal malts, some subtle bitterness but honestly not much going on here. Inoffensive though. 090514
