Cask at the Falcon, Wycombe. Lightly hazed gold with a white head and a light effervescence. Hay, lemon, a little grapefruit and a touch of biscuit. Drying finish. Crisp and clean and very drinkable; went surprisingly well with my curry!

Draught@Littlepub, Vaasa. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some herbal and mild catpissy and even cheesy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some citrus, mild herbal and some slight lemongrassy tones. Mediocre for being Thornbridge.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 7th August 2022. Gold with shallow white foam and spot lacing. Slightly hoppy aroma with hints of candied fruits. Leafy hops and caramel malt in-mouth, and a finish of earthy pungency. Light body and a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at the Wigmore - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, frothy, pure white head. The aroma holds crispy hay, dried lemon peel, biscuits. Light sweet flavour with pleasant citrusy hops, lemon and tangerine, mild bitter hay, pale bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Clean finish, further biscuity pale malts, ripe and juicy lemon. A light grassy note in the aftertaste. Really drinkable.

Keg at the Salisbury Arms. A typical America pale ale with lots of hops and the smoothness that is associated with the style. All very well made and very much part of the pack of other beers of this type. Very drinkable though.
