When our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in fermenter number seven. On draft as part of a flight at Global Brew, Evansville. Clear gold, no sparkle, nice head with excellent retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is clove, mild banana, fruity esters and caramel. Taste is strong fruity esters, clove, caramel malt. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

bottle found in the fridge in the bar next to loom, "the best" las palmas.
Awesome saison aroma, hay, grass, yeast, flowers, spices, perfectly balanced, might be the best saison aroma i ever tried.
Flavor is very very dry, lots of yeasty notes, bretty notes, dough, low on flowers and spices, very bretty, very yeast-forward.
for me, a bit too bretty and yeasty - but seriously well done , very smooth.

On tap at Flying Saucer DFW. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Estery and floral nose. Flavour is fairly yeasty with lots of esters, some grapefruit, a bit herbal. It's okay, seems uncalibrated.

It is a plesant ale, nice yellow dark body, generous white foam, the taste is malty, hop, grapefruit, refreshing, 14.04.2016, buying it at the bootlegger, Paris, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Bottle at Hopaholic, huge thanks to the BPBW guys. A pleasant, not overly hoppy, yet distinctly American take on the style, quite pleasant altogether
