“Full Strength Like a Cyclops’ Eyedrops”...A monster beer. Our full strength APA is loaded with Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Reworked slightly for 2019, this beer delivers an assertive hop bitterness combined with some big dry hop additions.

Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has good minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, mild and sweetish cream. Hops are mellow orange and lemon citrus, bitterish. Light touch of tropical fruits. Bitterish lemon peel and yellow grapefruit. Smooth finish. Nice lemony IPA. went down very well.

Can at home in London - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Nice hoppy aroma, with a whack of dankness, orange rind, grapefruit, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate rindy bitterness, a dash of oily pine, juicy tangerine, more orange and grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with a little grassy bitterness, further pine and rind, tangerine, melon, faint papaya, more orange. Quite impressed by this one. Lots of depth and character for the ABV, fresh and vibrant hops, good balance - wonderful beer.

Can at Brighton Beer Dispensary. It pours lightly hazy amber with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, bitter - sweet, nectarine, stewed orange and peach. The taste is bitter, pine needles, resin, earth, orange peel, kumquat and some grassy dankness with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Flavourful and moreish. Nice work.
