Cloudy deep deep yellow to orange with a small head. Dominant raspberries on nose along with funk, citric acid, vinegar. Taste: pretty dry. Funk, lemon, less raspbriies. Heavy sour. Good. Not as good as their Krieks though.

Bottle at home. Aroma of sour raspberries, oak, Brett, vinegar. Flavour is extremely sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. I thought I’d tasted what sour was, until I had this one. What a monster palate wrecker! Not the most balanced or complex, but this takes sour raspberry to the next level.

Bottle 37.5 corked and caged, bottled 3/22 (bbd 3/27) @home poured into a geuze glass. Clear rosé colour, no foam thus no head, no lacing. Aroma raspberries, light wood, barnyard notes. Taste medium sweet and sour, tart, raspberries, some vinegar. Medium body, watery to oily, no carbonation, clean fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, funky, finish hint of bitterness on the tongue, good.

Vintage 2015. 375ml bottle. Na poczatku buchnal silny aromat octu winnego. potem maliny i poziomki. w smaku cierpkie kwasne maliny sfermentowane, spora cierpkosc, jasne, mgliste pod koniec metne do sino-sliwkowej barwy. ale taki zakwas ja lubie, zero piany i tysiac wytrawnosci, ta octowosc byla mila nie jakas nachalna. Bretty zrobily co trzeba. Paring with French cammembert. Bottle from no existing place: Piwa Eegionalne Katowice.

Strange one since the carbonation died, and may have introduced some other infection. Has elements of good lambic framboise with rich raspberry and grapefruit, lime. Skunky pickle at the end takes away from the beer though. Bottle.
