Bottle at the 2nd Annual Garvie Christmas Tasting. Pours hazy red with a thin pink-tinged white head. Aromas of raspberry, sherbet funkiness. Taste is sharp, tart, light acetic, some brett, lots more raspberry and faint oak. Dry finish.

Bottle 0.375l at home, Nivala. Bottled March 2015. Colour us cloudy red with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Red berries, raspberries, some sourness, tartness and sweetness. Also very dry.

Bottle at Kent Beer festival 2016. Hazy pink red. Lasting pink head. Smells like raspberry pippy jam. Lovely aroma. Yes some vinegar sourness. But the raspberry is delicious. Full on sour. Wild. Not as sour as the cassis. More drinkable as it opens up. Sour though. Good interesting. Too sour for me.

Bottle at KØ16. Good rough acetic aroma. Almost clear pinkish red colour. No head. The flavour is nicely citric, good bite, hurts a little. Late raspberry note, more acid, touch of marzipan. Good and quite in-your-face.

375ml bottle. Vintage 2014. Poured deep amber, clear, almost no head. Whoa, very tart stuff. Funky, some raspberries, wood. Vinegary notes as well. Complex. Intensely dry and tart. Raspberries more evident in the dry finish.

Bottle - Vintage 2013 - Huge funk and raspberry notes. Clearish, oily orange with almost no head. Very tart, raspberry and some funk. A little acidic with a very clean finish. Nose is much more complex than flavor but still quite nice.
