House IPA for Bottleworks, Brouwer’s Cafe and Burgundian. A lighter bodied IPA to let the hops shine through brightly. Strong tropical fruit and citrus notes, in particular passion fruit and grapefruit, are wrapped up with a crisp refreshing finish.

Sample at the tap room. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft pour at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2018. Poured a clear golden yellow color with not much head to speak of at all. Aroma was kind of funky, floral notes. Clean, kind of funky, floral notes. Fizzy.

Tap. Pours clear golden orange, small off white head, decent lacing. Tropical aroma, papaya, mango, grapefruit, pine resin. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium plus bitter. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Juicy and aggressive. This is pretty solid if you like real bitterness.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden amber and hazy. Nice head. Nose - lemon and grapefruit pith. Maybe some pine. Taste - bitter orange. Lime pith. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - good beer.
